I'm Namık Akman, a commercial operations and strategic pricing leader with 15+ years across pricing, net-revenue management, finance, order-to-cash and commercial analytics. I lead strategic pricing and transformation initiatives across international markets, partnering with senior leadership on pricing governance, commercial policy and data-driven decisions. Value-based pricing is a particular strength — translating customer and product value into pricing that protects margin and drives growth.

I work where commercial strategy meets execution — annual operating plans and gross-to-net outlooks, budgeting and forecasting, sales-force effectiveness, CRM and analytics, within regulated environments. My focus is turning complex commercial questions into clear, actionable decisions.

What sets me apart is that I don't just direct analytics — I build it. I turn pricing and commercial logic into working digital and AI tools — the tools in this portfolio are built by me as proof of that.

My career spans multiple industries — animal health, insurance, catering and publishing — which gives me a broad, transferable commercial perspective. Educated in Sweden (MSc International Marketing; MSc Economics) and Turkey (BSc Actuarial Science); I work in Turkish, English, German and Swedish.
