Divisional & Monthly P&L
One input — a trial balance — turned into the commercial story the accounts hide: a consolidated P&L, a 12-month view that exposes loss-making months, and a divisional breakdown. Pick an industry, edit any number; everything recalculates live and nothing leaves your browser.

Consolidated P&L
12-month P&L
Revenue & cost flex with an industry seasonality; overhead is fixed (spread evenly). That's why some months run at a loss even when the year is profitable — the months cash gets tight. Illustrative split; the real version uses 12 actual monthly trial balances.
Divisional P&L
The same year, split by division — where the consolidated number actually comes from.
Method: overhead is one shared pool, netted at the total — no arbitrary split per division. Next layers (not built yet): owner-set allocation keys, then a P&L per account manager, then 12 real monthly trial balances in place of the seasonality.
